Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to all customers once an order ships. If you don't receive a tracking number, feel free to contact us and we will check in on your order and get you your shipping info.

 Shipping Information 

Order cut-off time for same day shipping is 2pm CST Monday through Friday. Orders submitted before the cut-off time will be shipped that day at 5pm. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day at 5pm. Please note that depending on the volume of orders, some orders placed close to the cut-off time may be shipped the next day.

Standard Shipping is estimated 3-7 business days excluding weekends.

Expedited Shipping: Available by special request at extra charge. Contact Customer Service for more details.

Orders do not ship out on Saturday’s or Sunday’s.
If you order before 2pm CST Mon-Fri your order should ship the same day.
The day your order is shipped is the shipping day and is not a day of transit.
If you order after 2pm Mon-Fri Central Standard Time, your order will ship the next business day.
The best time to order using an expedited shipping method is Sunday through Wednesday by Noon CST.

Are packages shipped Discreetly?

Rest assured all packages from simpleediscreet.com are shipped discreetly in an unmarked padded envelope or box, with your shipping address and a return address.
